Whoa - just opening the lid like you did I ripped the three tapes free on the left disabling my printer. Can’t emphasize too much that the lid should NOT be just opened, but just propped open a little.
Hello! I have a huge problem where the cut will sometimes be 0.5 to 1mm off to the right or to the left randomly, and sometimes it’s perfectly centered. The calibration is perfectly centered and the lenght of the line too.
Did you use the dc version with the diazo bottle that you mix in with the emulsion. It's a dual cure emulsion. If so and you didn't mix the diazo and let it sit that's what the issue was.
This is a great starter set up. I know it's probably not the sturdiest but could you please tell me what type of table that is that the screen press is sitting on and where to get one? I would love to get one for my one station press. I will upgrade later.....just want to get started. Thank you.
Hello there from Australia, 2 years in the future lol. I have just come across your videos. thank you. I hate those sticky dots when using the flock, I am so glad I came across this video. thank you. subscribed now too.
Prayer for him. Currently, there are no studies or cases indicating that DTF powder can cause cancer, at least within the knowledge of the DTF community and industry. However, this does not mean you should neglect safety precautions. It has been repeatedly advised to wear gloves, use masks, work in well-ventilated areas, or use fume extractors when working with DTF, DTG, Sublimation or any other method. Any product that produces fumes requires protective measures, not just DTF. Failing to take these precautions is done at one's own risk, similar to how long-term smokers risk lung cancer, how firefighters risk inhaling harmful smoke or everyday items, including processed foods containing toxins, pose health risks. When a certified doctor publishes a case study on this matter, the DTF community will evaluate the findings, and factories will likely need to implement big changes. For now, in my opinion, there is no need for panic. The key is understanding how to work safely and ensuring you are adequately protected.
I've been using mine for a year. Now 80% of the time it cuts below the images and crooked and I cannot figure out what it is. I've reset the blade position, replaced the blades, tried new mats. Very frustrating and tons of wasted material.
If you have done the recalibration and checked the roller wheels it's possible you just have a bad machine. I would create outside contours in the color of the shirt to accommodate for the miscuts
GM LPB. Catching the replay. Very spot on before I even watch the whole video. I'm apart of the overdoing research community. It's definitely something to work on. Because like you said, It's a holdup from actually getting to doing the job. We can't get to the trial and error part after receiving the equipment or supplies, because we're stuck on research. Ok now on to the video😊
You're so right! Sometimes I get so overwhelmed with information I don't even know where to start. It defeats the purpose of gathering all that information without execution. Thank you for sharing.
Hola, I bought a new epson ecotank ET-4810 , and filled up a bit too much on 2 colors. the printer doesn't work. I never have print anything on it since Ibought it. I did a print head cleaning, alignment , etc. And nothing! Can anyone help , please.
For someone who keeps repeating how you take videos to retrace your steps why wouldnt you have the correct tools hand>? For us to get to your video we've reached our breaking point with Epson! The last thing we need is pad filler, - a 30 minute video could have been cottonseed 15 minutes, Lol thanks any way. It doesn't hurt to put a list of tools needed into the description. I wasted 10 minutes writing this comment but if you do the list it'll make them more user friendly.
My videos are seldom planned, just the way it is. You get it how you get it. Problem with most people today is they don't want to do the work, of you can't watch a video , press fast forward to get what you need then that is not my problem. Hope the video helped.
Hey Lady Print Boss. I love your video. You really took your time and gave an honest look into your customer needs. Can you tell me where I can look for a nice hat press like yours. Stals is too expensive for me.

Hi Lady print boss! I have a question how do you pick the Caps that can fit. I tried doing a project once and I remember getting from the folks that the Caps were too small. Can you do a video on how you go about choosing the right hats for a client?
