It's bread crumbs on top - the full recipe is in the description. On the side of the video is three vertical dots - click that, then description and the whole recipe is there for you. It's on my blog too: mybizzykitchen.com/2024/09/04/delicata-squash-gratin/
This looks so delicious! Definitely going to try this out. I also really appreciate the text on the screen with the directions- nice and easy to follow.
I was just watching another video and she was talking about getting off track with her healthy eatting and shedding pounds. She was talking about what was causing it and it made me stop and think about my bad eating habits. And my main problem is I lovecwatching grocery hauls of any kind, good or bad). That was it, I am more of a follower now that I have gotten old. So, I made a big decision, stop watching the bad grocery hauls, I went through all my subscriptions and unsubscribed to the bad ones. I think I have maybe 6 or 8 that are HH(healthy hauls). And when they show up as recommends, I will click "do not recommend ). I have to do something and I believe this will help.
That's a great idea and so smart to recognize how the content you watch can impact your habits! It's easy to get sucked into a lot of food videos that can make you crave things that don't always fit into a balanced lifestyle. Kudos to you for recognizing that! :)
I definitely think adding protein helps level out my glucose and keeps it from spiking as much. While I still have to take insulin, adding protein helps!
I regularly convert my points into calories as the calories are in the nutritional values I also check my protein for the day as I am aware that zero pointed foods still have calories enjoyed your video ❤️
You got to stock up on their sauce and then also dip in buttermilk ranch and heyyy where dem curly fries at! Haha I’m making these vegan, for sure mix of impossible meat and tvp
I made homemade meatballs with ground turkey & pork while back i found online before & it made alot was very time consuming lol. Definately going too try yours they look really delicious 😋
Thank you for watching! That's alright, it helps me sometimes to plan "things" instead of meals! Prepping rice, pasta, baking potatoes, etc - so those are ready to go and I can do whatever I want with them without being stuck prepping a whole meal. 🥰
