If you've been putting off decluttering or cleaning spaces in your own home, this video is for you. As a food content creator, there are SO many products that make their way into my home. While it's amazing and I love trying new things, it can make organizing a lot harder.
Decluttering the kitchen was necessary to reset the space. While my mom was out of town, I went through the cabinets to eliminate the things that no longer served her/were expired/broken, to leave space for essentials and make a more functional flow.
This was SO satisfying! No matter how clean and organized someone is, it's easy for things to get out of hand quickly. If you struggle to keep things organized, please know that you're not alone. We always do our best to keep it real on this side of the internet, and I hope videos like this show how a realistic kitchen looks and operates. My mom can make upwards of 5 recipes per day in this kitchen, so it's only natural that things accumulate and need some refining. And that's okay!
