For the po boy.... i would use the brown gravy on the french fries ala Quebec... I would "drizzle" olive oil and vinegar on the po boy... great sandwich... and yes "gar" is edible.... as for the family time... it is great to see the team effort... my kids are older now and really just want to do their own thing... so cherish your family time now :)

Back in the old days you could use a hand crank generated phone to shock the fish so they would float to the top. I don't think a cell phone works like that 😂
