Lower the weight a bit and work on your form, you got to go all the way down to stretch your chest. Otherwise, you mostly work shoulder and triceps only, I made the same mistake, got some insane shoulders but at the cost of chest gains.
Try honey ham, baby Swiss, and Carmelized onions. She needa feed you better than that, you’re gaining muscle. Gaining muscle is not the same as gaining fat. You need to be eating protein, grains, and lots of protein shakes/snacks.
