Cheers....damn dry scooping usually is done before u go in not before u drive there lol I personally drink my pre with 5gs creatine and my bcaa mix at the start of my session, and chug what's left by my 3rd set of the day, but I stay for about 2 hrs so I like it to have lasting effect...good workout as usual
