Such mix of joy and regret and nostalgia could be seen on Bruce's face. Little did we know at that point what amazing music he was going to put out in the time to come. But man, so good to have you back in the Maiden machine.
Synd att han hängde sig och inte fick den hjälp han behövde av psykiatrin 😢. Men han kommer alltid leva inom ås som har växt upp med Agne och svullo , den elaka polisen , V som i viking.
Many fans don't like "No Prayer For The Dying". I personally think that is a great album. It has some heavy tunes such as "Run Silent Run Deep", "No Prayer For The Dying", "Holy Smoke", "Bring Your Daughter To The Slaughter", "Tailgunner". Moreover Nicko's drumming is outstanding here. Up the Irons!
This is Iron Maiden funeral as we know it in their Golden era! After this, Maiden never become the same great band that they were till than! Even with the return of Bruce and Adrian they never achieved the same greatness again! As a Metallica song says, Sad But True!
I remember watching Raising Hell when it was originally broadcasted. I'd only gotten into Maiden the year before (1992), thanks to listening to the Friday Rock show with Tommy Vance on radio 1.
Deep Purple was the one of my favorite before I took Jesus Christ deep into my heart so do Yngwie or Lars. That was 27.3.99 'n after that I cannot listen to this heavy metal because Holy Spirit in me doesn't like that if u know what I mean! Anyway Jesus Christ wants to save u too so John 14:6 'n Acts 16:31 please 'n peace because He's the only Way to Heaven indeed. Hallelujah! Maranatha in Jesus Christ name 'n in His Holy blood amen!
It was done deliberately No big stage Show stripped back to the basics I saw them in Edinburgh on this tour it was Awesome to see them play without the big theatrics they were probably the best shows I ever saw from Maiden.

Respect to everything Bruce said. Bruce didn’t want to lose the roots of his European band. America loves to polish and commercialize artists. That being said, America is a huge bonus. If you can’t sell records in America than you’re not going to be popular worldwide. The Beatles began that trend in the 60’s.
