Her uncle three cousins all iron men champions U.K. and USA her grandfather has been running his whole life won long distance championships for his county. At 84 he still runs five miles everyday hail rain or snow. Two bouts of cancer has not stopped him. These are all Forshew men.
It looks nice for people that like to be told. Probably not good for those that want to specialise in any of the 3 disciplines involved but a good all rounder for those with limited time
Thought fat was the ultimate source of energy and does not make you “feel” full? Oats with full fibre would require eating steel cut with a bit of stewing. That would be very heavy in my stomach. I do love oats in the AM, best fibre but not before a workout? Am I right?

None found that carb-rich diets hurt performance. You wouldn’t want to eat directly before training or else you may feel ‘full’ but an hour before would be optimal
