Cam Gordon: WOD on the Loch, Mad Dog 2020 & Teeside Parmos 

I met Cam at the Northern Champs last year and been following his CrossFit journey since. 6 years in the CrossFit game and he’s crushing it.
Cam jumped on the pod after day 1 at WOD on the Loch, so we had a peach WOD fuel in the hot tub and discussed his experience at Scotlands first licensed CrossFit event & his fitness journey to date.
