Problem with this is that while it removes the immediate signal when you're not on the seat, it still has the delayed beep that goes on if you leave it for a couple of minutes without applying the parking brake. To get rid of that you have to bridge the wire that goes from the parking brake handle into the ATV itself. This works, but has the downside that now the parking brake light on the dashboard will always be on. I guess the better way would be to locate the actual beeper and disconnect that, but I haven't taken the time to do so.
I'm not sure if you watched the installation video, but maybe you should. GT has sport shocks and springs, so the car is lower than a regular Passat from the factory. I kept the factory shocks and replaced only the springs. If you have stops on the springs, you should read the H&R recommendation on cutting them or not. I don't think Passat has stops, I don't remember mine having. Watch my installation video! It's pretty explanatory! H&R has like an excel sheet that includes all the cars.
@@Tka4000 The wheels are 19*8 and the tires are 235/40/19. No rubbing. On GT the fenders are rolled from factory. If it's not a GT, then you should check

Cum ai procedat la rodaj la AT5? Dețin și eu unul și părerile sunt foarte împărțite legat de “break-in” . Eu l am folosit cum l-aș fi folosit în mod normal, doar fără să merg cu el până in limitarea de 60km/h.
Pana la 300 km am mers incet, fara off-raod sau accelerari la maxim, cu o singurra persoana. Ca si la masini, motoarele sunt, sau ar trebui, sa fie rodate din fabrica, pe banda. Este vorba de extra greutate la care este supus motorul atunci cand trebuie sa care si greutatea atv-ului + cea a utilizatorului. Ce nu-mi comvine este schimbul de ulei la 300km in Romania. In cartea originala Segway se cere ca primul schimb de ulei sa se faca la 1000 km. In cartea tradusa in romana se cere la schimbul de ulei sa se faca la 300km si 1000km. Un extra cost inutil. De asemenea, unui prieten din State i s-a spus ca primul schimb de ulei e la 3000km.

Salut! Ambele modele sunt fără servo. Lipsa de servo se simte doar când trebuie sa întorci. De asemenea, ghidonul se îngreunează când folosești 4x4. Le-am.luat special fără servo pentru ca sunt mult mai agile, se simt sport, și adrenalina crește. Pe drum oricum folosim numai 2x4, dar când suntem off-road și folosim 4x4, trecem.la 2x4 când intoarcem. Personal, nu vreau Servo.
Salut , eu am un cf moto 450s 2022 , 9000 de km fara nici o problemă, m as băga le un segway dar am auzit că nu sunt atât de fiabile că cf moto.... Tu ce spui?
Salut! Nu pot sa comentez de fiabilitate pentru ca le am de 6 luni și amandoua sunt super ok, fără probleme. Am de fapt 3 Segway și toate sunt ok. Nu cred ca sunt prea multe în tara ca să poți trage o concluzie. E o chestie de marketing. CF MOto face multa publicitate si are istoric în România, dar aici am dovedit din punct de vedere technic ca Segway este mult mai bine.
They are both tractors and limited to 60km/h. The Euro 5 models are limited to 90km/h. In both situations, you can remove the limiters (with a software) and reach up to 110-120km/h. The tractor will be more powerful than Euro 5 because it doesn't have the catalytic convertor.
This is an unsafe technique used in the past. The car will become woubly and unstable, plus the factory springs are soft, so the tires will rub against the inner part of the fender. The lowering springs are harder to reduce the bounce and the rubbing.

Eu tind spre Segway pentru ca pe un traseu tehnic este mult mai usor de controlat. Cred ca contează și modul de condus! Am constatat ca dacă conduci fără a accelera la maxim, ATV-urile se descurca foarte bine în zăpadă. Dacă accelerezi la maxim tinzi sa sapi și te adâncești repede. Eu am condus Segway și nu m-am împotmolit de loc. 2 ATV-uri s-au împotmolit, 1 Segway și CFMOto, dar pentru ca conducătorii accelerau la maxim.

Really nice review, I'm watching to buy one of ì I also was for the segway as well. At the showroom, i felt the difference in the suspension a lot softer on the Segway ! The quality of the Segway looks a lot better for me.
@ivanpaulin1372 They are both the same. If you drive on RWD it will be soft and easy to turn. When go on 4x4 you will feel the Steering, and if you block the front differential too, then it gets hard ro turn. When you drive straight is OK, but when you turn around for example I recommend to use RWD or it will be hard.
Your lucky your infotainment system is still on, mine failed this week, every warning light on and constant beeping,common problem apparently, dealer can’t see it for six weeks 😮
Wow! Vw stereos, in general, are known to have issues, but no issues with mine so far. For my previous Passat Gt, they made a software update. Could be just a software update on yours, too.

I AM NO GOOD AT READING DIAGRAMS!!!! Can you help me and tell me where to plug everything in to play nice together? I know I need software but wiring is my issue now…
It's a lot of work and time consuming, but here is what I recommend: get the wiring diagrams from different cars from which you are trying to make the full assembly ( Passat GT, 4 motion and R34), and try to match the color codes of different components. Ex. On GT transmission Red wire wires " shift up", while on R32 transmission "shift up" is wired by a blu wire ( making this up).

I did not had issues! Every lowering springs manufacturer has recommendations on trimming the stoppers, but as I remember this car didn't need any other mods. The springs came with a chart.
