I've done a flap delete with new performance muffler that makes the truck louder itself, I am guessing I need to open her up and do the full resonator delete if I want a constant loud at this point then. These engineers with these exhaust mods are like cutting the balls off a pitbull. A v8 is supposed to be loud and aggressive because it sounds best that way and it breathes better imo when you dont have all this crap in the way.

I wired open the flapper and taped the resonators on my 22 Trail Boss in the first week of owning it. It sounds great on the cold starts but still sounds like a Prius once it warms up. Thinking about a borla exhaust to get a constant aggressive tone without it being loud enough to tick off the neighbors.

The last panel you take off (the one by the drivers leg area) does that have to come off last, trying to install a switch by the parking brake button but don't wanna take apart the entire dash, just the leg panel

I used the 3M HVAC tape on mine. It’s aluminum tape and can take temps up to 300 degrees.
