@@FlyingMachinesFL My Dad restored a '22 back in the late '60s. Difference the wood spokes, top was narrower near the front. Still have some parts kicking around, hub caps, rad emblem, side expandable storage. Seats were more plain. Nice to hear it run. Those cranks are rather weak with on counterbalance. @@FlyingMachinesFL Looked different as ours was painted black. Great innovation, one of those things that of recent was claimed a new big deal. PS we'd crank it normally up on exhaust and thumb never opposing fingers, like your way better.
@@apexclip3458 agreed, get qualified on a fixed gear type first then do differences training before even considering something with retractable gear and a wobbly prop.

А вообще, его "забанил" бы любой инструктор советской школы, да даже любой пилот, уважающий РЛЭ !!! : Надо: Выпуск шасси - на траверзе аэродрома/полосы (или на подходе к третьему, если вход в круг "на третий"); после третьего разворота сохраняется такой же режим полёта, как и от второго к третьему; на полпути (примерно) к четвёртому - перевод на планирование (это несколько действий); выпуск щитков - после выхода на посадочную глиссаду; глиссада - прицеливание в торец полосы по центру лобового стекла (примерно); выравнивание с уборкой наддува на высоте 20-25 м. ; выдерживание !!! Ничего из этих операций продемонстрировано не было! Если чувак умудрился "притереться" к полосе - это не его заслуга, а ОКБ Яковлева !
