It's not worth it!! Almost 85% of those relationships even up in my office due to a complaint of harassment, favoritism, or co-workers feel uncomfortable. The other 10% are flings, and one of the individuals asks to be transferred. I don't find it to be worth it. Especially for a female. Discipline yourself to focus on your priorities.
