isnt calibration factor going to be 2.5 micrometer becaue 1 divison is equal to 0.01mm(it was written on stage micrometer)

2:51 If anyone wondering on why we don't do use coarse adjustment knob with high power lens It could cause that moving the stage too quickly will break the slide under the lens.

Please correct this that centrioles are not visible under light microscopes nor it is bigger than mitochondrion IS AROUND 3um whereas centrioles is around 0.5 um

it was stated that experimentally they were visible jus one centriole near nucleus until they saw 2 centrioleS under electron. But A level wise centrioles are not visible under light microscopes rather seen in electron microscopes

I received a lot of feedback about the disturbing background music. I totally agree with you :)) This was one of my first videos. Unfortunately, I can not remove background music now. Sorry for that!
