I received a lot of feedback about the disturbing background music. I totally agree with you :)) This was one of my first videos. Unfortunately, I can not remove background music now. Sorry for that!

So does calibration change if i move from 4x to 10x n 40x magnification???? If so then please explain then what will be the calibration in those cases???

you have to look through each lense and do step 1 for each of them. and instead of 1/4 for the 40x magnification to multiply with the 100µm, you get different values for each lense!

isnt calibration factor going to be 2.5 micrometer becaue 1 divison is equal to 0.01mm(it was written on stage micrometer)
