There is one neat easter egg you missed in Motorfest: if you cruise around at a reasonable speed, your avatar will roll the window down and hang their arm out. Its stupid, and you almost never see it, but its a neat detail.
Fallout 5 needs a new engine that doesn't have as floppy ragdoll physics. New facial models that look realistic and not like plastic. I would be happy with a more focused storyline and LESS options with more dedicated set piece surprises. And vehicles. With whatever system is out when F5 does come, it should be able to accommodate travel over miles and miles of terrain.
Game companies are hiring based on D.E.I. and like Hollywood movies the end product is suffering. You can't fake great art. Crappy art is easy, good art takes talent and skill.
FH5 looks a thousand times better. Personally I also prefer the Forza physics for most parts. But one thing’s for sure, I’m over the whole festival theme of these racing games…
Just finished Assassin's Creed 2 yesterday for the first time. Looked like i was playing something really new, but its a game from 15 years ago. It isn't only about the graphics, but the whole feeling of the game and the way it was pushed to its limit. Perfect story, detailed world, history lessons, innovative gameplay mechanics and a lot of content. Companies obviously always needed the money, but companies now ONLY think about money. Cheap development, expensive marketing and zero commitment. They just wanna fool their consumers and play with our feelings.
Did the company say it? No. Don’t defend them by giving them an excuse for their laziness. What you’re saying is also false cuz the game is pretty violent, just look at that harpooning “minigame”
I just don’t get it. They had everything they needed to make a really good pirate game, and somehow they fumbled the ball. All they had to do was give us AC4 with a map as big as Odyssey’s, remove the assassin stuff, and watch the money roll in. Ubisoft is not long for this world.
I love both games, Although I prefer Rise of the ronin because it's the experience I'm looking for, something more like Way Of The SamuraI. It's true that Ghost of Tsushima can't be beaten by Rise of the Ronin, but those who liked WOTS will love RoR more, as GOT is more warlike compared to RoR which is more like way of the samurai. But the decision is up to each person.
This is no AAAA at all. It looks exactly like assassin creed black flag with improved graphic using unreal engine 5. The mechanics looks exactly the same with slight UI change and improvement. You can't even dive and swim into the sea and see any aquatic world. loot actual treasure on island or under the sea etc. This is utterly rubbish, just Ubisoft saving budget by repurposing their assets. at most i would give this only 1.5A and no more than 2A, because its shi*
Ghost of Tsushima is still better but Rise of the Ronin feels more like the early days of Assassins Creed with a Japanese setting which is still enjoyable in a different way.
Yeah, internally speaking it's the same game tho New Vegas is on a newer version of the Creation engine. People even ported all of Fo3 in New Vegas and it's a mod called "Tale of Two Wastelands". Now you can have fnv mods onto The Capital Wasteland (given that they are compatible or the dev ensured it works with TTW).
All the people bitching about the criticism the game is getting need to understand that players continuously played the first game because they wanted to keep playing it, for the combat, for the story, for everything it had to offer. We love the graphics in the second game, we somewhat love the story of the second game, but that’s IT. The combat system didn’t need to be changed, the story COULD HAVE been longer, and so much more could have been done to make it more than just running forward forever on end. Games like this don’t go without criticism, especially when the first installment by all accounts was a masterpiece in it’s own right. But of course, our opinions aren’t valid because it’s against Xbox, who didn’t do fucking shit to help Ninja Theory out in the slightest.
Xbox didn't do shit to help? The marketing was poor, but the graphics they achieved and fidelity with HB2 is definitely in part a credit to MS and the resources they gave Ninja Theory.
For me Fallout 3 is the best, since it was the most grimy one of them. Characters looked better, even while having obviously worse graphics since it's from 2008. Still better system overall. Fallout 4 story was a reversed Fallout 3 story, the factions are crap, except the Institute and the Minutemen are ok. Weapons: dogshit Clothing: dogshit Dialogue: dogshit Colours: way too vibrant Characters : ugly Side quests: mostly boring Only thing superior was: Graphics Companions Random encounters Loot respawns at most places Fallout 4 MODDED however, now that is in its own league. After 3800-ish hours of Vanilla Fallout 4, I grew tired af. Switched from PS5 to Series X version since Microsoft allows external assets. Having an absolute blast again.
