Honestly the best PlayStation exclusive in my opinion. I've owned a PS5 for a month and have played no other game but forbidden West yet. The game is addicting and keeps you busy!
Tlou 1&2, gow2018 have way more interesting way of storying telling, hzd and hfw have very boring one, especially in hfw I just feel like infosdump the whole game. Ghost of tsushima, spiderman, infamous second son have better gameplay in openworld. And Bloodborne, uncharted 2 are on another level
TBF, The fighting part was a bit of a wierd choice to go up against 3 Burrowers (which are basicly glorified Watchers) vs going up against 3 Scrappers which have a much larger HP pool and are much better armed. Not really what I would consider a good comparison.
Don't you own Frozen Wilds? It has the same level of snow deformation as FW has ... it's actually where they ported it from. Overall your comparison is full of strange and or incomplete choices regarding the samples you picked from HZD.
i Just reached the end in H.F.W dlc Burning Shores last night and i started to install H.Z.D again(never liked the 1st game at all)But after all i mayby didnt give it enough time without weeks between short times to play it so i thought i would give it a real chance n see if its different know when i loved 2nd game and almost got a little LOW after the game was finished...I usually get a bit sad when i reach the end of the road in a good game n the 1st game i didnt finish the dlc at all and i skipped alot w the base game because i downloaded n used a save online i found(So might also be this that made me not like it at all??) Anyway the 2nd game is by far 1 of few games i finished n loved the last few years(not many games at all i really liked so far) its ofcourse H.F.W+dlc and 1 of the best games i ever played Is Witcher 3 w over 1000h of gameplay and cyberpunk2077 a.c origins n Odyssey and a bit less the Valhalla so its now pretty obvious that they all are so called Open World rpgs so its these kinds of games im always looking for in 1st hand(tried many other good games aswell)But H.F.W and the dlc will be keept installed on my ssd for along time into the future just like The Witcher 3 n RDR2 these are the most important games i guess i love the most(a.c origins n Odyssey also) So as far as i seen they are at it with another HORIZON game n whats it going to be called i dont know BUT..Horizon 3+4 will come sometime in the future n thats great to know.
