@@MegaMvp9 you have to check first,the pump,and oil level. Then you have to check all senzors. Read all coments from here,there is a link with a video with all sistem.

Salut. Verifica cablul care vine pe amortizorul/telescopul din stanga portbagajului,cum il deschizi. Are 2 fire in el,si de obicei se taie unul din ele,in dreptul fasetei de plastic cu care este prins de telescop,de atatia ani se intareste si firul se cuteaza acolo. "Jumuleste" izolatia principala neagra,pana dai de fire,trage usor de fiecare,pe rand si vezi daca se intinde (izolatia lor e intreaga si zici ca sunt ok,dar firele metalice din interior se rupt). Eu am gasit unul din ele rupt si ramanea portbagajul deschis jumatate. Daca nu,poate e vreun fir intrerupt ce duce la senzorii din capul telescoapelor,si nu citeste pozitia portbagajului,ori chiar unul din acei senzori. Ori microcontacte defecte,la cele 2 carlige ale portbagajului,ori in broasca portbagajului,are vreo 2..3 si in ea. Ori o rotita dintata din incuietoare,crapata,si nu mai atinge un microcontact.Ia-le pe rand,prin eliminare. Eventual citeste comentariile pe aici. Bafta!

Sincer,nu stiu cum e sistemul la astra H. Ciudat e ca uneori spui ca merge,alteori nu. Sa nu fie vreun contact sau fir.

Buna. Pompita cu rezervorul,se afla in portbagaj,sub mocheta,in partea din dreapta,invelita intr-o husa din spuma. Uleiul este ZH-M Febi 02615. Intra cam 300 ml,dupa ce e scos tot,cel vechi. Daca intelegi engleza,citeste raspunsurile la comentarii,te rog,intr-unul,este explicat tot. Dupa ce se scurge uleiul din recipient,trebuie sa se decapoteze MANUAL ca sa vina in rezervor uleiul vechi,ramas in telescoape,apoi scurs si ala,pe urma pus cel nou,vreo 200 ml,capotat la loc,si adaugat restul de ulei.

@@lorenageorgiana9490 ala este verde,tot hidraulic,ar trebui sa mearga. Cel ce l-am pus eu, este galben,am citit pe un site din afara ca a pus cineva,si functioneaza perfect. In videoclipul oficial de service la Opel Tigra B, pare un ulei usor gri,nu verde. Dar ar trebui sa mearga ambele.

Exactly this problem i had on my Tigra,when i bought it. Boot has 2 main telescopes. The one on the left,has a wire that goes on a senzor mounted on the telescope,and that wire,that is a tube with 2 wires inside,is hooked by the telescope,with a plastic band,that in time becomes hard,and from many openings of the boot,it cuts one ofe the wire inside that tube. Cut that band (black),and peel with care that tube,to reveal the wires. Even if you dont see any wire cut, pull easy each wire to see if its stretching any of it,because the insulation may be ok,but the metal wire inside may be cut. If there are not stretching,they may be ok,and the problem could be from on of the senzors on the boot telescopes,or a micro switch.

Hi. Check the level of the hidraulic oil. When its low it makes like it has no power. Or the pump is "tired".

⁠@@costel05rxyi changed the oil yesterday but nothing changed i guess the motor is tired yes need to change it i guess

@@arturarm9348 how much oil did you put? It need about 300-330 ml. You have to open,or close the roof manually,so all the oil drain from the telescopes,then after you drain all,you put about 200ml,open roof so the telescopes absorb a part of oil,then you put the rest until the mark on the tank. Or maybe you need to change the pump :) Good luck,and write here if you fix it. 👍🏼

@@KornettenJoel in the trunk, on right side,under that black material. The pump and its tank are in some kind of foam case.

You're welcome. The hydraulic oil is ZH-M Febi 02615, about 280 ml.

@@davidserven5606 first,remove black cover from trunk,to have access to pump's reservoir,then unscrew that small bolt from reservoir,to draw the oil,then you must open manually the roof so the rest of the oil from amortizors can flow in reservoir,then after you draw all the oil, you fill with new oil,almost full,about 150-200 ml,you try to pull the roof from button or manual so the telescopes absorb oil,then you put the rest of the oil,until it reach the line on the reservoir,standing horizontaly.

No,it's an electronic one.

Probably a sensor not working or a latch getting stuck somewhere. There is a latch on either side near the cabin side that has a habit of getting stuck so maybe try oiling those.

Ai gasit aceeasi buba? Iti dai seama cati bani iti lua o firma pt asa ceva,si iti spunea ca a schimbat nu stiu ce piesa,bla bla bla.. Eu o am din martie si mi-a stat pe creier chestia asta,ca in rest functioneaza tot pe ea.

@@costel05rxy exact așa și a mea. Merge absolut totul mai puțin decapotarea nu funcționa 100% automat din buton. Ai perfecta dreptate, la service-uri specializate pe așa ceva, prețul pornea de la 1000 de lei doar manopera… la câteva la care am fost, mi-au spus intre 1000 si 2500 de lei dar fără garanție ca mai merge după 3 zile. 😁

Ma bucur ca am fost de ajutor. Am citit zeci de postari pe fel de fel de forumuri,vazut video,pana la urma un tip strain mi-a spus de chestia asta,si am zis sa o fac publica,sa fie de folos si altora 🍻

I have same bug

Check if those small hooks are moving easy,and if you hear those clicks from micro switch. You can lubricate plastic part of the lock with some silicone spray.

And if you hear that beep sound again and again,means that you have something missing from the steps needed for roof to came down,or a sensor/switch malfunction. You must have hand brake pulled, those 2 hooks from roof(your side and passenger's side),most important, that separator plate inside trunk, pulled to,and switch on,or motor turned on. There are micro switches at the roof hooks,at the hand brake,in left side of the trunk in that channel,in the central trunk loking mechanism at central and sides way. If one of them,specially left trunk,roof ,and hand brake doesn't work,you will hear that beep sound allways.

I check all of them but nothing still the same, the beep is still continuous

Its one of them if the beep continues. That means one of the "rules" is not fulfilled,for roof to operate.

So where and how can i check where’s the problem

It could be the pump,too used..old. or level of oil is low.( i've changed the oil,about 300ml) Watch again my video,roof is not hold by any hook,i can pull up and down manually,with normal efort. Problem is that when trunk open FOR roof to came up or down,it stopes at half of its route. Then i let the button,and when i press again it continue to move until the end,and there it stopes(trunk and pump. Nothing hears,if to say that the pump is still going) trunk open and close with normal speed in normal mode,to put in it.

@@costel05rxy i have the same Problem. Like i Said there Are 2 Micro swiches Not hooks. Look for that and Look if they Are in the Same Position when this Happens.

Venom,you are the man!!! Today i had managed to fix my problem. You were right. So anyone : in the trunk,left and right side,there are 2 lockers with 2 hooks each. One bigger hook that hold the trunk,and a small one that operate a micro switch. The big hook has a plastic coat that with time,it cracks,and the smaller hook was blocked by this piece of plastic,because they are near each other. Once the side plastic is removed,it operate perfect and roof works as new. I've made a video,i'll put the link here. Thank again venom 🍻

Hi. My pump work correctly,until it came the sequence to get down or up the roof. For the boot,it works very well. I didn't had the time to check all wires and sensor.

I bought it 4 mongs ago,it has 282.000 km, it runs very well,for its 70hp (1.3 dt) it runs good (186 km/h max).

Still no,because lack of time. Check the wire that is on the left telescope of the lid. Pull slow each wire. I found one cut and lid wont open or close properly.

@@costel05rxy thanks for the reply, I forgot to say I'm just stupid, there was a tiny black box that I couldn't see it preventing the roof to fully get inside.

Exact. Aia e problema. Portbagajul se deschide jumatate de tura si se opreste,nu se mai aude nimic. Apas iar,portbagajul isi continua deschiderea pana la capat si atat,nu se mai aude nimic si plafonul nu urca. Daca urc plafonul manual,nu coboara decat tot manual,dupa care portbagajul se inchide singur,actionat de motoras.

Check the fuses,check the pump,put a tester on it. Try theese first.

@@razvanflorea3480 din lipsa de timp nu m-am tinut de ea. Am o promisiune pt cand o sa dea caldura. Cum rezolv ceva,scriu aici.

Din pacate nu am facut-o,insa am vorbit cu cineva foarte bun in renault,si mi-a spus ca e posibil sa fie ceva de la un panou cu relee,sub bord,ca a mai intalnit faza asta. Din lipsa timpului,nu am apucat sa o las la el sa-i dea de capat,insa o sa o las odata. Ciudat e ca iarna trecuta a functionat perfect,doar uneori,si dimineata,la prima deschidere,adica m-am dus la ea,am bagat mana pe maner si s-au deschis toate usile,normal. Am desfacut broasca din spate stanga,e ca noua,nu are nici o piesa rupta,ca se intampla sa mai crape niste componente din mecanism.

@@0xZandeR din pacate nu dau datele persoanelor,in general,nu vreau sa am discutii. Nici eu nu prea il prind,ca e siper ocupat atat la servici,care e in domeniul respectiv,cat si in afara lui.

Salut. La mine e chestia ca face asa la usile din spate si cea de la pasager (nu am aratat in filmare) din telecomanda,sau automat,se deschid/inchid doar porbagajul si usa sofer. Atunci cand cineva vrea sa urce in fata sau spate,trebuie sa dau de butonul de pe cotiera spre stanga. Ca sa iasa din masina, trebuie sa dau spre dreapta(in cazul asta nu se mai pot deschide de afara,trebuie sa dau iar spre stanga). Am mai gasit pe net acele cremaliere mici din plastic care se rup in interiorul incuietorii,cica alea ar fi. Acum o sa vad cand desfac una. Ar fi culmea sa fie dat de butonul ala la toate 3 usi zic...mersi de info
