oh girl I LOVE it in the morning, maybe I need it but my boyfriend also enjoys it in the morning. I have found this brand and the brand i've mentioned in the past (naturelo) to be totally fine and calms me without making me sleepy. you could always try magnesium l-threonate which is great for morning use but haven't found a brand I love yet although when in doubt I use the brand 'Thorne' ❤️. I still take magnesium at night too for a restful sleep!

The outfits are immaculate ❤ I also have the same issue with long boots and big calves, so annoying 😂 I didn't realise this might be an Asian genes impact?! They should just make wider calves boots for the girlies 💕
