Magz, what settings are you using in game? Entertainment, Balanced, or Expert? I just got this game and trying to understand the best settings to use on the game.
Hey mate, this video came out four years ago when Uboat first entered early access, at the time there was no Entertainment, Balanced or Expert options. I'll be starting a new series soon now the game is released but everything here is going to be largely out of date.
@@MagzGTV I get that, I just recently downloaded it again, the Beta, and I was just curious about your settings, in game. Also, after I downloaded it, there were patches that automatically downloaded. Well, the 5th patch seemed to make the exterior of the uboat turn black, except for the conning tower. It was the normal silver color. I'm wondering if it was a glitch or something. Magz, I have followed your content for some time now. But, this uboat game is very appealing to me. I have not been able to to track down surface vessels very well. So, it may be that I'm doing something wrong. So far, what I've learned about this game and Cold Waters, is what I learned from watching your vids. Perhaps you have a vid that I missed on the setup of your uboat game. You make it look so easy.
Other craft firing noise is really loud in this. I see that this video is already one year old, maybe that has been fixed already, but this doesn't have the same feeling as original at all. All you hear is pew pew pew pew "whaoo" pew pew pew pew. Also constant unnecessary (repetitive, childish, unprofessional) chatter in radio which annoys me. If you haven't already fixed that please add selection to mute the unnecessary chatter and make weapon sounds from other crafts way less audible.
lol, Mate seriously? Aged like milk means it went wrong really fast. This video was released 7 years ago, The TU-4 was the king of bombers and the bane of it's BR up until the release of supersonic jets around 5 years ago. For two years this thing was a problem and it alone is directly responsible for the 4 heavy bomber limit that Gaijin introduced into the game that is still an active mechanic. Two years+ is not aged like milk, that is a perfect example of Gaijin's modus operand. They put somthing in without thinking, let it fester as a problem for years until eventually it's paved over with a bigger problem and hope that the old players forget and the new ones never realize it.
For people currently looking this up for Pc, it’s possible to increase considerably the customization and key mapping by using Steam controller remapping system so depending on the budget it can be extremely viable. (You can add non steam games to the library too to make use of the function)
The only thing I feel like is a negative about this plane is the fact that this thing loses a metric ton of speed in any turn that isnt pointed dwnwards. THo this can be a positive too.
This felt like I was watching the series again. Imagine a full 10 part miniseries of the Pegasus or another big Battlestar going through this kind of story arc on being made now, that shit would be dope as fuck
I'm new to this game...how am i supposed to win in cockpit visual, joystick and pedals and full realism mode, against a pad player with full aids on? How does this work?

The Hornet wasn't developed as a Mosquito follow-on. The Mosquito was a bomber turned multi-role aircraft. Hornet was developed solely as a long range fighter, particularly for use in the Pacific theatre. It was later adapted as a strike fighter/fighter-bomber, more like the Typhoon than the Mosquito. Probably the best of the 'super-props'.
Boy, is a potential MechWarrior 6 game going to be a blast. I see woke! The Mechs will be trans-Gumdams lead by trans-Voltron, driven by trans-squirrels! "A battlemech is a person who identifies as a battlemech, you mechaphobe!" The game's simulation will be done predominantly through RNG-calls, driven by a homemade Iranian engine which would've taken five years to develop... And you'll be falling through the ground and sinking through hills every second step! The story will be about House Steiner colonizing Earth where the good Kuritans and the oppressed Capellans will be allying with the one Dalek who survived from Clan Werewolf will be fighting Clan Jade Falcon on the planet called Bajole because the Macross is trying to land there... What else... Combattler V is also going to make an appearance mowing Atlases...
