Thank you once again for your excellent presentation, sir. I have a few questions: 1. Do we need special lighting for the cameras you mentioned? 2. Can these cameras be used for a wedding event? 3. Do these cameras have any wireless capabilities? I'm concerned that if we set one camera on the speaker's podium and another on the audience, there will be too many wires on the floor. 4. If we're hosting the conference in a hotel hall, can we use the hotel's Wi-Fi to set up the PTZ cameras?

I ordered on desert cart, 1 kb200 pro tenveo joystick for our 20x & 30x optical zoom, i planned on connecting it as your video suggestions did, via POE SWITCH, but unfortunately, the 20x is not ethernet capable, but the old tenveo ptz cam which is 30x zoom was able and has detected by joystick but couldn't control it
Is it possible to control this camera using VISCA over the USB connection? Or is the camera control restricted to RS-232 and RS-485 connectors? When Windows installs the default driver for the camera it appears happy but I also get and event message saying the driver requires further installation. Video works over USB but I'm unable to control camera using VISCA software that will control most PTZ cameras.

I am trying to install and decided to use the HMDI to transmit video to computer. It will not recognize HMDI only the USB3. to USB. Any idea why we cannot use HMDI to upload video to computer (QuickTime)?

Hi, I bought two PTZ cameras and a joystick controller. Since receiving them, the cameras have been giving me trouble with white balance, resulting in over exposed images. I've tried adjusting all of the settings, but nothing seems to work. The joystick sometimes works and sometime doesn't work at all. When I power on the camera's, they go through a cycle to readjust but then it gets stuck in one position and starts to make grinding noises, I have provided the model numbers below. I'd appreciate it if someone can help me resolve the problem, whether it's a firmware issue or settings I might be missing if not how I can return the equipment. I’m using this Camera along with the Tenveo Joystick controller. I’m unable to call the presets through the joystick though. The PAN controls are working and the brightness, Exposure and AWB controls are working with no problem. The Camera and the controller are on the same Network and the protocol is ONIF. Please help me out if any one has come across the similar situation. I contacted support on email and no response and I contacted through WhatsApp no response and they finally responded through Facebook messenger. But super disappointed by the late responses and they just ask questions one by one and when I answer they take a week to respond for each question. Really frustrated and getting to a point to sell it off to someone who can live with this issue.
Hi! The keyboard controller is soooo each to use and setup. We use this controller with our 3 Tenveo NV cameras over RS485. BTW, it is so much easier to use an Amazon terminal block for this. Take all of the ‘A’ wires from each camera and run to one side of the block. All the ‘B’ wires to the other side. Then run one wire from each side of the block back to the controller. Much neater and easier to find and wiring missteps. The controller is such a great buy for streaming with multiple cameras.
