Tenveo Joystick keyboard controller TEVO-KB200PRO  

Hi, can you tell me what the exact problem is? Or tell me what platform you purchased it on.

I ordered on desert cart, 1 kb200 pro tenveo joystick for our 20x & 30x optical zoom, i planned on connecting it as your video suggestions did, via POE SWITCH, but unfortunately, the 20x is not ethernet capable, but the old tenveo ptz cam which is 30x zoom was able and has detected by joystick but couldn't control it

In NETWORK SET in the settings menu try to change the TYPE from STATIC to DHCP and save it...That work for me so i hope it works for u
