How are you liking this setup so far. I am in the market for some cam cleat sticks. I plan to add cleats myself just trying to find the best stick option for price/weight ratio and the beast stick keeps catching my eye.
@@tanneralford7671 if you can handle the fact that beast stick stack together like trash, there’s nothing better. I like the beast sticks other than they stack worse than any stick on the market.
@@Crayz919 stealth strips would be to tight and not slide. Only thing I’ve changed was welding a bar on that back that hold my heel in place instead of the strap. Post a link to where you’re looking at these, I might want to pick up a second set.
I've cleaned many game animals, never had a Razor lite edc blade accidentally come off. Never had a problem with the blade holder getting clogged either , gotta keep knife clean - but you should be keeping any knife clean
Sir that tools can be use also for coconut trees? I have several coconut trees .. i want to buy it from you . Thanks for positve reply. Im from the philippines
Thanks for the review man, great insight into the hoodie. Youre right, the hoodie does appear to have some kind of sizing issue especially underneath the arm.
Don’t be quittin on me now!!! I went from the platypus to running two nalgenes this year. I grabbed a Nalgene holder for the waist belt on my Exo from Bend-able. Don’t think I’ll go back to a bladder and straw. Too much hassle. Happy New Year bro!
@BoudreauxBoswell I know you said the H04rc was similar to the light you have, but the body is actually aluminum. Even though it's discontinued, what is the exact model you have?
@@tomcarney2829 Good point, I have the H04. When I stick the light up it is magnetizing to the battery inside of the light so not to the light body itself.
I usually try to find some cons to go along with the pros.. ru-vid.comUgkxnkYCgssg4ZO858cyBdD1JPEaUJ9Up1C_ but it really is a good knife. The blade sits centered in the handle when closed (photo added). It opens effortlessly. Unlocks and closes easily with one hand. It’s a great size for EDC. I wish this exact knife came in one of the premium steels to satisfy the knife snob in me.. but it’s a great tool at a great price as it is. Would buy again.
It is interesting that you go off camera to detach the blade for the handle. Seeing how to get the blade off is what I am interested in. You might as well show me how to peal potatoes. Tell me you are not going to operate on someone with demonstration blades. So if you are not, are the gloves so we can't see the Band-Aids on your fingers. Just askin'. :>) All that being said great review.
Gaffs can damage trees and cause disease spread in stands on timber but puncturing the cambium layer. Don’t want to risk damaging trees or spreading any diseases, these climber are much less invasive on the trees than gaffs.
Very little has changed from this video, this is the system I have used for a long time. Saddle may have changed and pale platform that I use my changed, but everything else is the exact same.
I used one on my recent moose hunt. After simply field dressing a single moose the blade was rolled over and dull. No I did not cut and bones. Just hide and soft tissue. Skinning the moose burnt up a whole second blade. It was also a pain to clean. I was not impressed. I'll stick with my buck 110 or carbon steel mora.
Had the Gerber and it broke within a year and 3 uses. It will no longer hold the blade on. Just bought the outdoor edge. Much sturdier and has the zipper blade. Think it is going to hold up much better.
