Hey there! I am an illustrator from Canada. I post videos twice a month showing my art, my process, and any art-related content. Subscribe and check out my other social media sites to see my work, or visit my shop to purchase my art & other products.
I think you need to work on making your wolves look sharper, they look too rounded and their snouts are a bit short, so they look more like dogs or bears.
I like both but my style is still kinda anime. I also love to draw Bambi from Disney. I like anime style with more of a medium sized eye. I don't like giant eyes. I really like Studio Ghibli or Naruto art style. It's still anime but with more natural eye size.
Thank you for sharing this sketchbook - even though I think your messy sketches are still fantastic - it makes me feel better that most of my pages are not aesthetic, not finished, and not pretty in my opinion. It's all about having a safe place to learn and grow and I think with social media we forget to make the "ugly" learning stuff sometimes. I really loved all of your sketches ❤️
Omg new jel video ❤ any update on your brush pack your making? Also idk if you have done a month of foxes yet but they’re my absolute favorite and I’d love if u did a fox month ❤ I love ur art
My sketchbook is li,e my diary I draw what I feel that day, love drawing animals, don't draw people lol😅 sometimes with color other just black and white...yeah my diary
I feel that my digital art is completely different from my traditional art, I have a sketch style for my sketchbook, and when i try to transfer in digital it doesn't work... Don't know, i think i need to try again... And I have a digital portrait art that is different too.
I started my 7th sketchbook today, did a Nankin drawings for the front page.. Sakura Nankin pen, fineliners are growing in me for drawing, specially with inktober coming soon... But I like water base markers to draw too and love drawing animals, actually your videos helped me a lot I discovered that animals are my thing.. ❤
I often randomly swatch colors and do a lot of doodling in my sketchbooks. I often go back and color them and tweak them a little like you did in yours. I can never practice washes enough! Also, I purposefully do random, abstract full page washes, sometimes with loose shapes or patterns layered. I come back later and add more patterns or subjects on top of them. ❤
Im still having a very, VERY hard time excepting the whole "sketchbooks are supposed to be messy and imperfect" especially coming from a perfectionist noobie 😅
I know, it's hard! Also, sketchbooks aren't "supposed" to be anything, but it can be helpful to have a dedicated space to just explore and not worry about the outcome. I personally like doing a mix of "good" and "messy" sketches.
XD that is my favorite color combination. Your art has become so much better since the start of the channel. I like the cute ear hoodie. Fantastic work!!
A while ago I ordered something and was so pleasantly surprised with the adorable frog on the little silver package! The friend I bought the gift for also thought it was a cute touch
Great review! Appreciate it & dedicated CSP user here! I've been looking to get a new pen display this year, and the researching phase is maddening! If one is looking for a budget tablet coming from say an intous pen one, what would your recommendation be for a intermediate artist looking to break deeper into digital art? I'm frustrated because I feel Wacom's pricing is really beyond my range in the 16" range, but I would like a 16" tablet. I looked at the new Wacom Movink, but I'm concerned it won't work with my GTX 1050 and I will end up disappointed. I would jump on the cintiq 16 but I question the durability and longevity of the screen, but the pricing is better. FHD in a 16" or at worst a 13" is what I'd be willing to accept, as the CIntiq 16 doesn't have touch, if it did have touch, like the Movink that'd be a plus. Also Window OS, not sure on the usability of the C ports on my device; like do they do video and data? I don't know. But I have a lot of ram as I've upgraded it recently. Thanks in advance for any advice on this.
I love your dragons ❤️ My current favourites are watercolours (mostly van Gogh, because they’re so affordable and still nice), Ohuhu alcoholmarkers and some Lumanance coloured pencils that I use with either the watercolours or the alcohol markers. I sketch with a Stabilo red-blue duo pencil and have fallen in love with the TAC sketchbooks which I think is what you’re using in this video?
Your definitely my biggest inspiration rn!! I LOVEEE your arstyle so much!! From a fellow Canadian, you are like the mist talented person ive ever seen lol.
