Trail running and ultra trail running have become not only my passion, but also my lifestyle. Healthy living and plenty of exercise gives you energy and that energy makes you move more and live healthier, what a positive vicious circle. The distances & challenges are increasing, you are constantly pushing your own limits and getting to know yourself better and better. You not only meet a new inner self, but also other passionate runners. It doesn't matter what race you are, what profession you practice, whether you are male or female, at what level you run,... when you run an ultra you are constantly fighting against and with yourself at the same time, that's why everyone is fighting the same fight with themselves and not against others. Through my channel I try to give you a glimpse of life behind the scenes in all honesty, with highs but also deep lows, just like real life it is a bumpy road, but you can make it so incredibly beautiful!
