Our challenge is not being licensed. We don't really want to invest the time and money to perform an administrative part of business. What are your thoughts on this?
Thanks for reaching out. The TC Essentials is over 6 hours of video content. We also include several bonus videos, handouts and check lists. A full course outline is also on our website. If you have any more questions please send us a message via our website.
That's a GREAT question and one I'm sorry we're not qualified to answer and suggest you check with the licensing laws in your state. I'd say also, it depends on the services the TC provides. Many choose to support their agents as an unlicensed assistant.
Thanks, SH for your question - my advice would be to learn as much as you can about the role of a TC, make sure it's what you'd like to do career-wise, then if so, go for it.
The course does not detail the specifics of each state, however, it does explain how to be a TC. Because each state and even each brokerage is unique I can't put together a program that explains each one. What you'll learn is how to manage others, the process that is involved in going from contract to close, and communication. You also receive the checklists I use which you can modify for your location. As a bonus, I do review a contract in the course which newbies really find helpful. Hope that answered your question - if not, please send reach out for an appoint at the TCA website. Cheers, Michelle
I want to start off by saying THANK YOU! I have been looking for a video like this for a while now. Such great knowledge. Appreciate you sharing what you know to others.
THANKS for the kind words, I'm glad you found it helpful. We have more training and resources over at the TCA website. Check it out at www.TransactionCoordinatorAcademy.com
