Our challenge is not being licensed. We don't really want to invest the time and money to perform an administrative part of business. What are your thoughts on this?

In my TC business, of more than 15 years, we only performed unlicensed services to our agents. There was plenty to do from contract to close.

Can you be a transaction coordinator if you are a license agent in Minnesota for agents in different brokerage companies?

That's a GREAT question and one I'm sorry we're not qualified to answer and suggest you check with the licensing laws in your state. I'd say also, it depends on the services the TC provides. Many choose to support their agents as an unlicensed assistant.
