Hi. Have you also installed a custom Nethunter kernel? Without kernel that contains drivers for these external adapters, Android wont be able to recognize them.
Did you also installed nethunter kernel? Are you running latest nethunter version on your oneplus 7, because some previous nethunter app version had an issue with bluebinder, but it is fixed now.
@@fraudx13 where from you got linux 6, nethunter doesnt provide kernel 6. You need to download or build own nethunter kernel. List of all supported kernels for various vendors in available in one of my blogs, feel free to check it out.

There is no application that can play every game however this is one of the topics covered in my python course OpenCV can be used to great effect to achieve what you are talking about

You can either buy Alfa, or any other external adapter that supports packet injection. I include a list of supported adapters in the one of my blogs that focuses on wifi. Feel free to check it out, it might help you to decide what to buy.
