SUCH EXQUISITE PHOTOGRAPHY OF THIS MAGNIFICENT ANIMAL!! WHO KNEW RUSSIA HAD FORESTS?? This is quite possibly one of the BEST nature films or documentaries I have ever seen!! Tigers are notoriously solitary creatures, yet you've managed to gain such access, amassing an impressive video account of the secretive tigers in this region!! I had a bit of difficulty understanding the narration in places. It seemed as if crucial information, such as names & locations were frequently mangled & unintelligible. I wasn't able to determine if this was a live narrator or AI. The musical score was impressive, partly due to the selection, but mostly because the director was keenly aware throughout that it was BACKGROUND music!! I also appreciated that they periodically used inanimate artwork, interspersed w/the live footage. The end result rivals the beauty & magnificence of this spectacular cat!! ❤

The ecosystem on Svalbard is very isolated and vulnerable to foreign animal and plant species. The islands have a rich variety of birdlife with rare Arctic species, and a population of cats could change that drastically. Therefore, cats are prohibited on Svalbard
