Hey! I really love your content and I appreciate what you do, but I was curious about your thoughts on something. My best friend identifies as nonbinary. Ever since I found out I've been trying really hard to avoid calling her non binary or they/ them. (I'm christian btw) Instead I default to a cute nickname I gave her, but I'm worried by doing this she'll continue on as is and nothing will change. She does understand that she's a biological woman and she has experienced traumas which I believe led to her identifying this way in the first place. I'm also afraid to not validate her though, because she's my friend and because of a mental disorder she blows up easily. I'm worried I'll lose my only friend if I don't play along..
