last time I checked going 50 in a 30 is a bad idea and illegal you don't know what "everything is illegal" means until you've gone to other countries, car inspections in Europe are so strict that if you get pulled over for a broken rear fog light your car will be impounded and you can't drive it until its fixed (road safety measures)

Honestly his ways is sad to me, he seem he know how to play with sense, but he have to keep this image up due to his upbringing. The praise he gets for terrorizing people, aint like they were slaying bad politicians or corrupt officers. He likes the attention and it makes me question his parents and how did they let a young soul operate through survival mode and hurt.
