I'm old enough to remember when Jackman's were brand new. Always thought that they were a really cool looking wheel. Where in Southern California are they located.?
Empi is a parts importer you can find at Bap Geon , any and all VW bug parts , my first big events were at Baytown Race Park , the bugs were very fast and reliably so , I remember at the end of the event they had the bug engine burn down . They set a motor up to high rpms and let it heat up to cherry red , the magnesium would then light up as a sparkler .
I would love to see the single-cab make a comeback. It seems more practical to me, with the big cargo box, storage compartment, drop sides, and rear engine. But what do I know?
