I tried the recipe but my paste couldnt get the dark colour like yours. . By the way how long can the paste last if i keep in fridge

The paste have to tambah kicap hitam abit to get the color ya. Medium slow fire to tumis. 😊

@@ahchanskitchen282 roughly how long to tumis it because my paste not dry like yours or its okay if thick but dry like yours. I put some kicap hitam. But afraid putting the dark soy sauce will cause some bitter taste.

@@tsubaki115 depends on how much ingredients you cook. Mine is about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Have to keep stirring ya.

结冰可以放上大概六个月。放冰箱冷藏可以放一到两个月左右。

Oh no, I was there a few weeks ago - couldn't remember the exact date. I saw the mannequins and I even walked around them but I thought it was just like a mini-exhibition. Maybe they were just setting up at the time. I didn't see any banners with dates around either - or I didn't notice. Who knew this would've been a full-blown event. I also missed the one at Central Market a couple of weeks ago. Wanted to have a look but suddenly swarmed with works on the weekend.

I don't really like tauchu ...... If I don't put it will be nice or not? ..... I just ordered bamboo leaf and it will be my first time to make bakchang.... And the nyonya recipe seems a lot easier compared to other.... Looks nice too with blue rice..... Its hard to find halal one so I will make myself
