Ingredients:
1 bowl 碗 sotong (squid) 苏冬(墨鱼)
1 bowl 碗 petai (stinky bean) 臭豆
1/2 bowl 碗 oil 油 ( for blending 搅碎用)
1/2 bowl 碗 oil 油 ( for stir fried 拌炒用)
3 tbsp shallots 红葱
1 tbsp garlic 蒜
1 tbsp shrimp paste 瑕膏
2-3 pcs spur chillies 美人椒(big red chillies / 大辣椒 - less spicy 微辣) 2-3 pcs dried Guajillo chillies 大辣椒干 (less spicy / 微辣)
2-3 dried red chillies 辣椒干(spicy / 辣)
1 tbsp salt 盐
1/2 tbsp sugar
*soak dried chillies for at least 1hr 辣椒干浸泡1小时以上
* If you want more spicy, add more dried chilies. 如果要更辣可加多点辣椒干
