It was the BEST ADVICE that I ever had.. It came from my wise, Dear Old Dad! He said "Sit down PUNK! I wanna talk to you... and don't say A WORD 'til I'm through!" --Sugarhill Gang HVAC is an EXCELLENT line of business. Why? People with MONEY (VISA/CRYPTO/CASH) ARE NOT going to be cold in the Winter or hot in the Summer. The Electronics Lab where I got my Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology was one classroom over from the HVAC Lab. 3:50 That's a HELOC --Home Equity Line of Credit... You can do the same exact thing with Stocks and Mutual Funds BUT you'll get a favorable Interest Rate in comparison with the HELOC. This is what they "Idle Rich" do when they invest in the Stock Market. Now, if you could only impress this upon Pro Athletes they'd stop going broke.
Lol split? Nah, 10/90 split or max 80/20 that’s it. Most guys who know how to do the work do it themselves and can get customers themselves. If you find someone willing to split 50/50 and all you did was get a lead you’re taking advantage and that’s no way to build a REAL business/relationship long term
@@shakt77 I'm ready to leave the country and work online . Its up to you how hard you push.. I'm 52 now. did this for 15 years and ready to work less and live more..
Actually DC is very common in HVAC systems today! Learn your trade. Might want to look into the SC480 model, does way more FOR HVAC and is also wireless and blue tooth to the fieldpiece APP.
Hey Melvin, congratulations on starting your class. I learned through going to school working,at an apartment complex and being in the field. Keep in mind you could be in the field 20 years and you will still continue to learn. Good luck to you!
I don’t know your position in life but I can tell you what I did… I went to school and had a regular job after I graduated I got a job at an apartment complex.. every one’s path will be different just chose what’s best for you. My motto is, earn while you learn! Keep in touch tho and let me know how you do.
Shidddd, that's like paradise to us in the summer... if that breaker dont reset, im already recommending a new system😂 easy diagnosis. If that compressor not under warranty, then replacement is where its at❗️❗️ 💰
My school promised job placement too, and they didn't do shit. I'm and out of the field. I'm thinking about getting my license and starting my own stuff... There were 20 of us when we started trade school, only 5 of us finished.
