I just signed up for the plus membership and downloaded this plan. I'm raising capital and need to show a plan. I only sell 2 products and no subscriptions. Also only looking to do a 3 year plan. Is there a way to alter the spreadsheet to remove subs and change to 3 years easily? I tried just hiding the sheets and zeroing it out but it messes up all the other sheets.

This would be more helpful if it allowed more flexibility in the scheduler as I have some employees who work 4 hours at different times which would be too many lines
I purchased the audio version of this book and found it pretty hard to stick with it, Even though I really want to learn about systems and enjoy all the Russell Ackoff videos I can find. I was wondering if it is full of visualizations because that might explain things.
Hi Kelly! The support team got back to me saying that the OpenAI key must be active and copied exactly the same way into the template without any invisible spaces. You can use the "Formula Bar" in Excel to check for those spaces and remove them. (Headers > View > Check "Formula Bar") Also, you must install all required libraries first, found within the "requirements.txt" file using the command pip (windows) or pip3 (Mac).
