Silicone is not reusable ... this process is to expensive. There is another type of flask and duplicate material .. way cheaper ...and reusable. I have been using for 25 years.

Hi,the printed design you can see being used in this video is printed using a laser printer and you do not need a sealing paper. The pre-printed designs which come with the kit are also printed on laser paper, however if you are using ink jet printers you do need to seal the ink onto the paper which we also include in the kit. We probably should have mentioned which paper we used but focused on the ease of applying a sticker to the mouthguard. thanks for your comments.
Customising a gum shield will take longer than producing a single colour or clear, but you would charge appropriately for this service. Normally you would have to laminate a second blank over your decal using either a vacuum or pressure forming unit, which takes time and a great deal of experience to avoid air entrapment etc. our system is quick and easy to apply decals
The centri-fuse is supplied in a kit which have many pre-printed designs printed on laser paper, however the kit also includes plain ink jet paper for printing your own designs. You can view the kit on the keystone industries website.
