WHW Plastics Ltd launches centri-fuse, an innovative product which makes the application of decals to mouthguards quicker, easier and more cost-eective than the
conventional lamination method.The demand for customised mouthguards has grown substantially over the years. However, due to problems associated with laminating, many laboratories are reluctant to oer these specialised services.
Centri-fuse has the advantage of being applied only over the decal area, eliminating the necessity of a second forming and reducing the technician's time. Centri-fuse is applied using a ameless torch, has excellent adhesion, superb clarity properties and eliminates air entrapment.
The material is very user friendly. Additional material can be added and adjustments are carried out by simply using conventional tools, with the whole procedure taking only a few minutes.
