The most beautiful sue Storm is the original one. All the ones in this video don't come close to her beauty. She was different. 2005 fantastic four had the most beautiful sue Storm. Period. Her beauty is unmatched.
I think the comments from a year ago are a bit harsh and clearly haven't paid attention to the characters ever since Monty died. Yes, Vol 9 focused on Ruby's identity. But the reason was because she didn't let herself express her true feelings. Her idol was the version of her mom that she remembered, so she tried living up to that false image. Ruby Rose has always been the optimistic type, and if she had the mentality of "put your teammates before yourself" ofc she would suppress her negative emotions when she had people who were looking up to her. Ruby's fake positivity cracked in Vol 8 and it was completely gone in Vol 9. The message of that volume was more about accepting yourself, flaws and all since Ruby was forcing herself to be "perfect." I love RWBY and I'm aware of its many flaws. But I have a basic understanding of how characters work.
I’m like a year late, but this is basically Marco Diaz from Star vs the Forces of evil 💀 like literally rip from rip And it’s gonna be super weird if jaune ends up romantically with any of the female teenage characters 😰 cuz even if yeah, he technically met all of them during his teenage years, everything he experienced still canonically happened. He’s still mentally 30-40-w/e years old in a teenage body, while all the girls still haven’t mentally or physically aged yet. So it’d be one of those weirdo anime age gap loopholes anime shows like to abuse all the time😰 hopefully by the end of the series he just ends up alone or with some other random person
Hmmm, I personally think its not about if you're remembered or not that makes life worth living, its what you leave for your fellow people and future gens for them to learn, grow, better themselves and pass on to others what makes your legacy go on. Flamme left a huge impression of Freiren, and while she would be most likely forgotten in history as years passes , the lessons she left to Freiren still carries, as well as what she learned while traveling with Himmel and the Gang and their values that inspire lots of people her included,, slowly but surely as she now opens up and realizes what those teachings are, some of those things she's passing up to Fern and Stark, and no doubt those two will have something new for Freiren to learn who as a long living elf most likely will pass to other people decades or centuries after these current events. Think of it as a positive learning cycle that should pile up and spread
I recently finished solo leveling mangal and I am terrified not because he is the most powerful person in the world but because the ending is ruined I don't want to give spoiler
this was like four years ago so im sure no one will see this now, but i think if they were gonna bring her back, they shouldve had it to where she had her memories but they were more like stories somebody told her rather than experiences she actually went through. the soul fragment she had at beacon died at beacon, so while her memories could be kept in her core, the emotions associated with those memories would be forgotten. So she's Penny, but she's not the Penny who went through Beacon. she has a soul fragment, but its not the same soul fragment from beacon
You know, there is something funny. If they just used the staff to evacuate Mantle and had the lamp power lifting Atlas out of reach, not only is it possible to save everyone but also get the relics away from Salem. Which funny enough is what they did while losing both Relics in volume 8. But it’s Rwby and no one has a brain.
Not only was the cost of Tarak not being able to tame the creature that he'd stay as a slave, but Korra volunteered herself and the rest of the protagonists as slaves as well if he fails. And no one there questioned it.
The major problem is they already had a mechanic in place to change him (the tea and choosing who you are). He could've chose to be younger to regain lost years, but keep his look, experience and repair his weapons. This 100% uno reverse card just sucks.
I was waiting on you to speak on this Vex cause them crappy JL x RWBY movies was TRASH and I knew when they signed on to WB that their goose was cooked with Warner Bros cutting anything but the Game of Thrones verse they trying to pinch a penny where they can to keep up with larger streamers. Also I knew they were finically messed up soon as they put all there profits into GENLOCK
I havent played the videogame either. But in my opinion, the first episode was really good, they had a really interesting and unique concept going, but in the middle episodes, they didnt really explore them quite as good as I think they could have. The episodes dragged on, and I think they spent a little too much time on character development to the point where I got a little bored. Normally I dont say that but the characters just arent that interesting so I would prefer they instead put their energy into the worldbuilding and this super cool concept of a world destroyed by nuclear bombs and how humans have survived after that and the big conspiracy theory about how it all happened and what is happening behind the scenes now. Thats why I liked the last 1-2 episodes cuz the plot really picked up then and I was just on the edge of my seat. There were so many good plot twists that I wasnt expecting and it made me excited for the second season
I had a lot of continuity errors in the first few episodes. That being said I absolutely loved the costumes and the scenery it was really well done As for the errors I feel like if I said them it might ruin some people's experience. That and it has spoilers. duh.
You don't realy need to know the games to enjoy the story but be ready for a lot of worldbuilding you are just kinda assumed to know. On one hand, it realy does improve the pace, on the other, i does leave unfamiliar viewers a bit too far out of the loop in my opinion. The most obvious example is this episode is the difference between knowing and not knowing what a ghoul is.
Honestly, after seeing this show, it's overwhelmingly mid imo. And that's been generous, but I'm a fan of the games, so maybe I'm bias. But this show seems made for people who don't play the games.
Look, Alita is better in context. It has the dialogue of a cheesy teen romance novel and some contrived garbage here and there, but as soon as you get past that it's actually pretty fun to watch. The problem is, if you need prior understanding of the source material as a crutch to see the good in it, that's kinda cheating. I understand some hate, but I wouldn't call it the "worst movie" that Twitter likes.
I just want to post a non-NPC comment. I watched your video, it was very balanced. I find it crazy how zealous the fans of this show are. It's actually insane. I feel like this show is not going to have a lot of replay value and will likely be forgotten because, from my observations, most people are watching this show for what it isn't and not for what it is. Almost every commentary made about the show is just to spite the status quo or air some complaint about the "state of the shonen/fantasy/isekai genre". It seems the only way many people can appreciate the show is if they watch a ton of run-of-the-mill Shonen and then have to relieve themselves by watching this show. What is even more frustrating is the amount of pomp and circumstance there is around criticizing the show. People make snide comments about your presumed age, intelligence, emotional intelligence, attention span, or deduction skills. You can tell that the people who are being so defensive are extremely insecure, even hurt. I get it, Frieren is offering some kind of parasocial therapy to a lot of people. They want something affirming, sentimental, and comfy while also still feeling like a Shonen. For all their talk about their intelligence being respected, nuance, and deep themes they won't just jump into Seinen anime and manga because they still aren't ready for actual adult storytelling. They want the comfort of Shonen while also criticizing others for being less capable audience members than themselves. This is an extremely interesting phenomenon.
I feel like this anime is perfect for Millennials who are now in their late 30's and early 40's. Lots of us are currently looking back at the good old days with a different perspective. It's easy to look back and fondly remember the great times, but also wish that we had appreciated them more when they were happening. The introspective aspect of Frieren just really seems to hit home for someone my age. Based on everything the show has to offer I would definitely call it a masterpiece, but that doesn't mean it has to appeal to everyone and I can certainly understand younger audiences not feeling drawn to it. If you like it now but aren't really too interested in it I would say wait 10 years and revisit it. You might find it strikes a different cord with you when you are older.
We desperately want Sony to give up on their rights of Spider-Man and his characters related and give them right back to Marvel studios, their sony universe needs to die at the end of this year of 2024, since we’re going skip not going to theaters or something else like spending the celebrating the holidays months.
As I said, RWBY as an IP needs to fade away, or an ACTUAL studio like Studio Bones or Studio TRIGGER needs to buy the IP and reboot the entire series to save it. If we're not getting anything similar to that then the IP is better off dead.
