Looks great--love sweet corn! Just going to make it plant based as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the IGF-1 in meat and the estrogen in dairy and the choline in egg based products like mayo. Thanks so much for posting
While stirring onions add ginger garlic paste or just smash and put it. A little bit of cumin powder, coriander powder 1/2 tea spoon each a little turmeric powder, green chillies. Sorry I am an Indian 😂 playing with spices is in my DNA
