Hello everyone. Today I want to share with you a wonderful eggplant recipe that my family and I like very much. This fried eggplant with sauce is really tasty and perfect for a simple snack. This simple and super easy snack is very popular with kids and they can enjoy it like french fries.

2 eggplants
3 tbsp bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp dry dill
Vegetable oil
Sauce ingredients:
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp spicy sauce
Handful of black cumin seed
