Other honorable mention: Karou Hanayama from Baki. In the word of deadly matrial arts and techniques this guy has never EVER done any training. Not matrial arts nor strenght. All he does is punching and grabbing with such strenght, his opponents flesh blows up. And this guy can tank insane amount of damage. Like when he took on Yakuza hideout just to get tons of slashes by their swords to make his tattoo look cool. Or his entire fight against Speck. He got shot in both knees, took an ammo blast inside his mouth, a finger in his ear reaching the brain, flashbang in the face and curb stomp on his neck. Then he casually ripped flesh out of Specks's arm while being choked.
If we are talking about aura and precence i think Rimuru Tempest and Makoto Misumi needs a mention. Chill and non thetening at first glance, but holy hell if you manage to piss them of properly, then all beta and draupnir is of.
If Garp says F the your power system then so does Sanji, Roger, Zoro, and any other character that doesn’t have a devil fruit but does use haki. By your logic half the cast is not playing within the power system that the show has set up. Haki is the power system. Individual fighting styles have nothing to do with one pieces power system. Sanji chooses to use his legs and haki and garp does the same but with his fist. Every character that uses a sword and fights at a high-level also uses haki. Without it, they wouldn’t be able to compete with the top fighters in the world.
You might have a misunderstanding of one pieces power system. Haki is the primary power system of the show. Garp Uses that power system just like a bunch of other characters. Sanji uses haki but he puts it into his legs instead of his fist like garp does. The King of the Pirates doesn’t have a devil fruit, but he uses haki to fight just like Garp does. What makes them interesting isn’t that they don’t fit into the power system because they do. The interesting thing about each character is that they fight differently with that power system. May choose to use exclusively his fist, but he still playing with the rules of the power system. Characters like rock Lee also work within the system because he is using chakra just in a different way than most ninja. I think this video would’ve made more sense. If you talked about the fact that these characters are exclusively brawlers. Most characters in the shows use some other weapon or ability but the characters you talk about fight hand to hand. That doesn’t mean that they aren’t within the power system. It just means that they’re doing it differently.

Rock lee, might guy: They use taijutsu which is fighting style used by Ninja's (a branch of the system), they still have charka they just have poor control, you can't live without it Garp: he uses all forms of haki 💀 Yuji:Shrine, blood Manipulation, domain expansion, rct, simple domain, he also has a cursed tool.
This is what I was thinking. They all play within the rules of the world’s power systems. Especially Garp. If I’m not mistaken, he at the very least has used haki which is the primary power system in one piece. Devil fruits are often times mistaken, as the only important powers, but some of the most famous characters in the show don’t even have a devil fruit. Garp is no different from a character like Sanji. They both have made themselves extremely strong and have learned how to use haki. I think with this guy is trying to say though is that these characters, don’t use it in the same way as most of the other characters. But then they’re still using the power system just a unique way to themselves
Escanor should be in the list, I mean when all the seven deadly sins rely on their weapons, Escanor simply broke his divine axe and then uses his own hand to break through Zeldris's complete counter
And then there's Master Asia, who looks at all the other characters piloting mechs, and decides to just beat the shit out of them with bare hands and a scarf.

Thoma from a certain scientific railgun/magical index. His only power is the ability to completely neutralize esper abilities with his right hand. But he is a level 0 esper (basically has little to no actual powers) he comes across the strongest esper and beats his ass by exploiting his power. it doesn't work on hand to hand.
Asta you missed asta whole point of show is asta going up against the most broken magic in the verse and cucking them to oblivion with his extreme gains and a series of magic cutting buster swords
