The art & thoughts of an animation student, always synced to chill lofi beats ✧ Currently on hiatus because of school! I miss it here and hope to keep going at a later point.
Hello lemoncholy, I make jewlery and other things out of metal. At the moment I'm making a keychain and I'm going to watercolor enamel it. I would love to paint a bird on it. Do I have your permission to use your thumbnail to draw on my piece? I'll be adding Yellow Hibiscus to the background and adding my own little tweaks to it.
Tremendously interesting and well made video. One question, it was mentioned at ine point how expensive red dye was. I've always heard the story that British soldiers ended up in red (woollen) coats as this was the cheapest to get. Do different materials require different dye types and pigments? It seems like those two don't square.
Sometimes I wish I could dress like a pretty Rococo man, but then I remember I live in the subtropics and would probably spontaneously combust upon putting on all those layers...
After two years, this video still makes me cry. I think about this bird all the time, and to just now find out that you were one of the last people to lay your eyes upon it is just crazy. I hope you are doing well to this day.
I am so glad I found this. I have been scouring the internet for people to draw art of books they’ve read. I absolutely love this video, how you talk through the process and relate your drawings back to the back. I love comparing what I imagined when reading the book to what you’ve drawn. Would love to see more of this!! If you are doing more, I think Hamnet would be a great one ❤
i think he playing with his doubt, but when we see it clearly like when he put he glasses on he knows that its not so bad.. the only think is that we are always doubting ourselves.. simply put.. the enemy within is greater than the enemy outside

This video from two years ago started my obsession with Robespierre and the French Revolution. Sitting here today I'm watching it again while I work on my presentation about Robespierre and his effectiveness as a leader. Thank you (and Janelle Feng) for sparking my interest in the French Revolution once more.
You do not need to ask for someone to be able to upload a RU-vid video. The owners of this channel do not know who you are, and they do not need your permission. I think what you just commented is simply pointless and idiotic <3
