I make stuff, I do Stuff I print Stuff Ressource for Maker and 3D printer
Hi, I'm Frank my channel is all about 3D printing. I can't get enough of my 3D printer. I make everything and anything out of 3D filament (PLA, PETG and more). As I say a printer that is not printing is a missed opportunity.
I'll be doing electronics, mechanics, computer engineering, DIY, reviews and tutorials.

No because the extruder is metal at that temp it allows the filament to come out depending on your extruder the gearbox should have a lever or should be different unit away from the extruder
Note: He Measured up 12 CENTIMETERS and marked it. Then extruded 100 MILLIMETERS. Then measured 2.4 ??? (CENTIMETERS). Then came up with 96 MILLIMETERS It would simpler to just use Millimeters for all measurements and not have to convert units. Measure 120mm Extrude 100 mm Measure 24 mm 120mm - 24mm = 96mm A 4mm difference = 4%
If you are wondering, it won't work if you only heat up to 90 C and pull. There is something in the physics that say you need to first heat to extruding temperature first.
Hi frank i just replacecet my fan with this one recomemnded and ised the omnijoints on red on red and black on black but once i start printing after the 1st layer my machine just starts spewing pla 3 laters above what should i do ?
Where has this video been all my life, my printers been out of commission for nearly 6 months simply because nothing I tried worked I even replaced my entire print head, apparently my printer was having horrible horrible under extrusion with it only putting out 25% of what it was supposed to, fantastic video I’m surprised this never showed up when I searched my problems.
please kindly update to a link for the firmware that is not pay to download as th3d has now moved to bricking older machines unless you fork out for their support prices and mocks you on discord.
It didn’t have any special taste, keep in mind that you should use food grade PLA and also some food grade varnish to prevent bacterias in between the layer lines.
À slicer is a program that prepares a files that the printer can understand, it “slice” the 3D model in vertical steps. It can be a program you run on your computer or is part of a web application if the printer is driven online…
Thats actually super interesting for me right now, I have not seen an example like the third. Just swapped to a smaller nozzle and tried a similar test print but it actually broke while printing (it was pretty small tho). But your third example seems promising, I will completly turn off retraction and then work my way up again
Hi, I'm Andrea and after 3 years of inactivity I put my creality cr10s back into operation. Reason for moving house. I realized I still had the bltouch to assemble and today I assembled it. Unfortunately I can't figure it out with the firmware. Could you link me an updated firmware for my printer to mount with Arduino? My card 3 a creality v2.1. I thank you in advance
It's been a long time that I've wanted to have a 3D printer, but here in my country, due to sanctions by the USA, 3D printer supplies, like many other things, are restricted and enter with significantly high prices. That's why building a printer here feels like a challenging task, akin to hunting a tiger.😅😂
(Hello, I have two questions for you; please guide me. I've purchased almost all the components of a printer and want to assemble it myself. Firstly, I wanted to know your opinion on whether the extruder or the hot end is better?. Secondly, Do you think it's necessary for the power supply of the device and the heated bed to be separate?
I'm a clueless bambu lab X1C owner....but I'm learning. (Maybe a "push & go" machine isn't the best way to learn). What I got from this vid is what under/ over extrusion looks like! 👍 Thanks.🙏 My Lab printed 2 good prints, but now the extruder box keeps bashing the front door, (knocking the front cover off and telling me the cutter is stuck, but it isn't), laying shadow first layers in the corners or edge of the plate and over extruding. All the self calibrations change nothing. I've serviced the belts and now can try adjusting the flow rates in the right direction. Fun nightmare.😳
Content de voir un channel d'un québécois qui imprime en 3D. Ton anglais est vraiment bon mais il y a quelque chose dans l'accent qui m'a fait douté, c'est la plaque du Québec sur ton mur qui m'a fait réaliser. Tu as un nouvel abonné.
I know you made me think I can fix my print held. I had something happen a while ago with a filament which filled the print head I only opened the side door of the feed area and had to chip the materiel out. Has not worked 100 % since then. Maybe I will try what you showed in this video to see what else is wrong. thanks for the video.
