Good freestyle. But come on guy's, let's not attend a rc monster truck freestyle in loose gravel then tell the drivers to not make the trucks kick up rocks lol smh really.. Let's be real. Judges too smh everyone complaining 😅
The 2023 championship truck was based on a Tamiya Clod Buster but, as previously mentioned, most of the other trucks are Losi LMTs. There are some Axial SMT10s in the mix too.
That was great seeing that huge 6x6 truck racing with the 4x4 trucks. Usually 6x6 trucks are lumbering beasts but that one really moves and handles extremely well. I also like the name "King Of The Grove," which I think is a tribute to the "King Of The Road" monster semi truck. That was one of my all time favorite monster trucks back in the day and it was a major influence when I built my own custom 6x6 R/C monster truck based on two Tamiya Bull Head kits. (My truck is named "Chernabog" though and it was named after the demon character in Disney's "Fantasia" movie.)
0:40 My truck “Going 4 Broke” is on the red ramp. For the racing debut, it was disastrous because I didn’t have Front wheel drive due to a loose gear, so I had to back out. I got it fixed now, so expect me to race properly next year!
