Guys, please do your research about the country’s economic status and hiring situation. Right now Germany is so Doomed. Too Many layoffs, hiring freeze. Volkswagen is closing down factories for the first time in 100 years. I think that the only people who are making money is RU-vid content creators.
Very good video, unfortunately I had the same experience on June month. If DD is that should be mentioned in Checklist, but it is not mentioned. Do you suggest to create 1 year blocked account & insurance prior to interview? because there are candidates who got 10 days time to created blocked account.
I am sad to hear that you too faced the same experience brother. Did they give you time to get the DD or ask you to reschedule? And how long did it take you to get the appointment again brother? I totally agree that they should mention DD in the checklist or atleast mention about the payment options and a link. Best wishes for your appointment!
@@sarathtech91 Hi Sarath, they didn't give any time to take DD, I have rescheduled it and waiting list. Earlier the Job seeker visa appointment took 1 year in waiting list, but not sure about opportunity card. Basically in embassy they are highly attitude, they try to send us by looking for a chance.
Hey guys, the same thing happened to me also at chennai, they gave me a chance to get the correct DD on the same day, fortunately, I got Opportunity card. But please check the website before getting the DD, in the website, they will mention the exact amount and you should get the DD with the same amount neither more nor less. At the consulate, they are polite and strict.
Congratulations on the opportunity card bro. When was your appointment? And are you from Chennai? Did you ask anything specific to request the DD because I really tried everything but they didn't give me even one hour time to get the DD.
@@sarathtech91Thank you, June 3rd is my appointment, I'm from Andhra Pradesh.as I have submitted all the required documents and DD, but the DD amount is close to the required amount, the official gave me a chance to correct it.
Hi …What’s the Waiting period for Mumbai Embassy for taking appointment..When waitlist will get cleared ?? It’s been 2months 10 days .. And Does Mumbai have other payment options? Or only DD ? Anyone please help
Unfortunately you can't reschedule the opportunity card appointment. - You can only cancel it on the VFS website and you have to join the waitlist again if you want a new appointment. Note: But the Embassy can reschedule the appointment at their end if they want due to any reason. VFS will call and provide you alternate date similar to what happened in my case.
I really felt sad after watching this video and the stuff which he experienced. On the other hand you have an option to pay DD with your mobile using your internet banking, but you need to print it out..
I applied job seeker visa and secured it and went to Germany and found one job with handsome salary then after 2 months got fired then got 2nd job in one month and fired in a month. I say Germany people are recist towards foreign workers and they want to drink your blood. Go to Germany then you will get to know. Even girls on street or clubs don't want to talk to you. After all fucking story I applied again Opportunity card back in India. Thailand is more beautiful and happy place for me atleast they are not recist.
Very informative video, The Internet is filled with only what good things can happen and how smooth things will be, it’s great to hear some real challenges and difficult situations. #realmotivation

I am a bit overwhelmed with the kind and supportive words from everyone. Thank you so much. I hope all of us get to realize our dreams and change our lives for the better. Good Luck everyone and hopefully we will all be in Germany very soon! Thank you again Gurpreet for creating awareness, continued support and positivity! Really appreciate it!
Don’t come to Germany. If you don’t have B2 German language. No company will hire you. Because most of the Germans doesn’t speak English. Don’t believe RU-vid videos and come to Germany without B2 level
Yes now I am in Germany. I came in job seeker visa. 95% IT companies ask for B2 or C1 level Germany. But in India every consultancy says A1 and A2 is enough for IT. All are fake. I have 6 years of experience in IT system Admin
Again one more informative video Gurpreeth , Thank you and @ Sharat - you will definitely get the opportunity card soon along with Job opportunity. Thanks for sharing your experience of course we will wait for your success story soon .. All the best Brother 👍👍
It's just because of directly visiting the embassy, which is necessary for the Opportunity Card. If it is at VFS (e.g., for student visas or others), you can pay with cash, card (credit/debit) and UPI.

Hello Mam, I am holding a Chancenkarte Visa, can you please confirm if I am allowed to do full time or part time freelancing in Germany? If you can help me with a legal document it will be great. Thank you so much!!
@@ABC-gg8if I smell scam when I read one, this is a kind of comment that will get some people attention to seek for his/her help, then they end with bad experience.
Hi, I have my appointment next week and I am planning to travel to Germany in January which is more than 90 days later. Will it impact my visa processing in anyway??
