You guys make my drive to work 100% more enjoyable. Thanks for doing what you do, and thanks for the answers to my questions in the Q&A the other day! You guys rock 🎉
Straw purchasing for hedge funds is a scumbag move that has RUINED the housing market for two entire generations. But congrats and the chump change they tossed you.
Sorry! I don't personally have convictions about that word and used it in humor...But happy to keep that in mind moving forward and not use that word again. Call it my old habits for language and rhetoric...We all make mistakes and can't satisfy everyone's sensitivities, but I hope you can get over it and get to the good content immediately after.
Guys, that's GREAT information! The biceps and the vest are amazing! Can you do a video on when starting out, how should you structure your finances so you're not using all of your capital upfront?
This particular episode was absolutely golden for me! Thank you guys! Cam and his future self exercise. Spencer also dropping gems of mindset wisdom. ❤
While working as a contractor in a very large, very rich home, I found a 2 1/2 carat diamond ring in a depression in the carpet In master bedroom. I wrapped it up in a piece of paper, wrote my name, and the date and the time put it in my pocket and plans on giving it to the homeowner. When she returned from vacation. Well, about a week later, she returned, and I handed it to her I told her where I found it. She says oh my God we search the house for this for a month. The Insurance country company paid me for this and I don’t want this. You can have it you can throw it away. I don’t care what you do with it but I’ve been paid for it so it’s not mine. I told her I’d watch her for you take it she goes you can have it so I kept it about 10 years later I decided I would have it appraised.
this is great stuff i listened to the entire thing and it’s a funny coincidence that i have been learning about wholesaling for a long time now and I have the time and money to have a good start and give it my all and my plan was to try and get a deal or two over the next three months before starting back my next semester of college.
Very interesting podcast! I started in real estate investing less than a year ago and it's super important for me to learn from the experts. That way I can take these learnings to my deals and correct mistakes I've made. Love to learn about finding contractors and tips for building a solid rehab budget.
we do talk about systems and scaling a team, but more towards the end when you are doing enough volume with deals where it makes sense to scale. Building team is going to be more like an ongoing service we provide after our flagship deal flow program since there is so much that goes into scaling to 50-100 real estate deals/year
@32:39... reminded of this... "A good name is to be chosen over great wealth; favor is better than silver and gold." Proverbs 22:1... so far my favorite line of the episode. I appreciate the humility in this first episode, first impressions are important. I've watched other big names/channels on YT in the RE space, and there was just something about them that came across as playing a persona and using humility as a tool to persuade and acquire likeability. It takes spiritual discernment from the Lord to perceive that. But I don't discern that kind of feigned humility from you guys. I subscribed to help your channel gain momentum. My name is Oscar, realtor licensed in FL here in Miami Dade county. With a big family of my own and a 9-5, I'm still trying to pull off my first deal after two years of hustling and talking to off market homeowners. If you're ever looking for a team player down here, feel free to let me know how to connect with y'all. Take care and best wishes to your new venture.
Love love love this man...thank you and humbled by your encouragement. Blessings on your venture too. Keep going-it is so worth the cost of playing the game
