I know the deal flow program is only 6 months, but do you talk/teach/coach about scaling/building a team for flipping?

we do talk about systems and scaling a team, but more towards the end when you are doing enough volume with deals where it makes sense to scale. Building team is going to be more like an ongoing service we provide after our flagship deal flow program since there is so much that goes into scaling to 50-100 real estate deals/year
