Ahhh this was too cute!! You guys don’t melt in that heat!! I had been eyeing that Natasha Denona Xenon palette since January of this year. I duped the vibes out and it made me want it more. But i have only her mini palettes and I promised myself that the first midi palette I buy from her has to be something I want to use everyday. Now I love me some cool tones but not everyday 😅😂 so until she gives me something like Biba in a midi, I’m keeping my coins
I'm still on the fence about this one because I don't like the teal's column and I also have mattes and duochromes/multichromes I can use to recreate the third look ... I don't like the magic you did on your eyes making me want to buy it 😂 Please don't putsh yourself too hard to create videos. I can see that you feel so good when you're filming but don't hesitate to take more time to rest if you need to. We'll be there whenever you come back 😊😉 Ps: Cool tones look so good on you 😍

I got the violet pop from charlotte tilbury. I have all the other shades. I’m picking up the green duo and the more neutral quint. Momma Pat has lost her flare, her mojo. I feel it’s been handed off and doubt she can find her way back
It's been a crazy, steady decline from her brand...I believe that it's been HIJACKED by the investors. Because when it was ONLY Mother Pat, we got WOW factor from everything she created. Oh, and yes Ma'am, I need my 2024 Mothership (please no more pinks or golds?) and PLEASE give us back the LuxeTrance Lipsticks!
Exactly! HIJACKED is correct because ain’t no way! I think her being at Sephora and Ulta also made her have to change the direction of the brand because you know you have to sell sell sell! I’m hoping this is like a bad recording contract where she has a few releases left and then we’re back to good stuff!
Great overview. I finally bought my first mothership palette this year. However, I’ve been collecting the quads and holiday palettes for years. I’m on the fence about this year’s mega palette but I’m willing to go and see it in person when Sephora gets it in.
Yeah, I just can’t do it! It looks way too similar to the second Mega. I’m gonna save my money because I know there will be something coming along that I want.
Also, I’m probably the only one that doesn’t want another Mothership. After Divine Rose 1-5, I CAN’T DO ANOTHER PINK! Mothership XI, was like a slap in the face. Even gifted, I would give it away! I gave up after that.
This is the content that we know and love from you! I think I wasn’t disappointed with this holiday release because holiday 2023 was appalling to me. So this was like a comeback.
Baby! You’re so right! This really is a comeback even though the disappointment is real. All jokes aside it’s a nice palette but it doesn’t make sense for me to grab it.
These holiday palettes are intended to be items at a reasonable price point to gain new customers. She releases one every holiday season…not a surprise.

This collection is definitely disappointing. I too was waiting on a mothership palette. I ended up getting the light works palette since the mothership never came. I’m glad you’re feeling better.
Thank you, the light work palette is gorgeous! I haven’t picked up the last couple ones because I own too many indie shimmers between palettes and singles so I feel like it’s a waste for me but, I totally love what she’s done. The innovation behind the last palette is amazing!
I have the RevAir blow dryer. I bought it refurbished off their website for half off years ago. I use it all the time to dry my box braids. I love that dryer. I'm still considering locs. I'm very into low maintainence styles but I dont know if I want it to be locs. So far its been a tapered fro. wigs and box braids. I know sister locs will still give me the versatility I desire while still having a good default style. I think im hesitant on learning how to lock sister locs.
Not excited for this release. Nothing new or innovative .Your hair and makeup is so pretty! Cute earrings. I totally agree with you, big disappointment in the latest Pat McGraft releases! Seems like she is busy with the fashion & celebrity makeup not her makeup line. Her last Mothership never went on sale. I think they're trying to reach the average consumer not the loyal fans.
@DrAshMakeup she took them off the site and replaced it with that one pink cardboard one. I was sad about it. Idk who's making the decisions but I miss how creative the brand use to be.

Hi Ashleigh, maybe it's too expensive for the brand to produce her black lacquer packaging, and maybe she's having trouble with creativity! Not sure, but I won't be picking anything up this year. I have two of her holiday eyeshadow palettes. I don't have any of Pat's Mothership palettes, as I never could justify the $129 price tag. Not sure I'm in love with her shadow formula either. I have a ton of eyeshadow palettes from ABH and others I like better. Plus, Danessa Myricks is killing it right now with her innovative products and her latest eyeshadow palette.
i am getting the 5 pan and one duo i may get the mega but i am going to wait on the sale around Christmas if we dont get a mother ship i swear i will have a complete makeup meltdown i was waiting on her to drop one
I have one question! Where is the mothership?! I thought after the last mothership, that I skipped, the brand would come out with something amazing. I was thinking they finally started to listen to their consumers. I guess no mothership and straight to holiday pallet. I might be waiting on the sale!
Yes, she does! The only thing is I have so many multichromes from indie brands I may not pick up the new release. However, she did her thing! She’s had a great year!
