While I lack the proper background and training in it, I also saw that Rabbi Yohanan stated the opposite that a gentile studying Torah should be killed. How do Jews know which Rabbi to believe when reading the Sanhedrin 59a.?
@@sammybenner94 There is no contradiction. Rabbi Yohanan teaches that it is forbidden for Gentiles to delve into the rest of the Torah that is not about the Noahide Code. However, a Gentile who studies the Torah's 7 Noahide commandments is like a High Priest.

Here he also says “Moses, our Teacher, was commanded by the Almighty to compel the world to accept the Commandments of the Sons of Noah.” But where is his source for this? This is just before the statement you shared from Mishneh Torah. I agree we don’t force people. I have also read from Rabbi Elie Munk, in his comments to Genesis 12:38, states that in several places the Zohar references Moses’ desire to bring these gentiles to “an ever-deeper love of God and a stronger faith”.
